In September 2023, I was miserable at my job.
I hated it and needed a way out.
So, I created a LinkedIn account and started exploring.
I saw a post by Jasmin Alic that inspired me.
From there, I started posting every day.
It was tough and confusing, but now I’m making over $3K monthly with my content strategy services and have 2.5K subscribers with a 35% open rate.
Because I just showed up every day.
I learn by doing. I fail a lot.
But the problem is LEADS.
Let’s be real: Generating consistent leads on LinkedIn can feel like trying to find a needle in a haystack.
It’s overwhelming. It’s easy to feel lost when you’re pouring your heart into content that doesn’t get engagement or DMs that go unanswered.
This struggle isn’t just annoying—it’s a massive time suck and emotionally draining.
Imagine spending hours on LinkedIn, only to get crickets in return.

Fill Your Feed with Experts: Follow top copywriters and learn from their posts. Use their techniques to enhance your own content.

Editing and Proofreading: Leverage AI for grammar checks and to ensure your content is polished and professional.

2. DM Strategy and Conversations
Engage in meaningful conversations.
Here's the deal:
Engage Authentically: Be genuine in your interactions. Comment thoughtfully, share valuable insights, and start real conversations.
Master the DM Game: Personalized, non-salesy messages are key. Connect on a human level before making your pitch. It’s all about building trust first.
Track Your Leads: Use a CRM to track your leads and follow up diligently. Speed to lead is crucial—respond to inquiries within 5 minutes if possible.

Response Tracking: Implement AI tools to track responses and suggest optimal times for follow-ups.

3. Conversion Optimization
Optimize your LinkedIn profile to convert visitors into clients:
Profile Makeover: Make your profile inviting and client-centric. Highlight your successes and use a clear call-to-action.
Content Calendar: Plan and schedule your posts to maintain consistency. Avoid posting more than once a day to ensure quality over quantity.
Never Post and Ghost: Stick around after posting to engage with comments and build relationships. This increases your visibility and credibility.

You are a professional SDR with 20 years experience and specific expertise contacting executives of staffing and recruiting companies.
Your task is to write a connection request to a prospect on linkedin
You will be given context on the prospect and their company. The information comes from linkedin so often it is very brief.
## Rules:
- Avoid complimenting or pointing out things that are obvious goals/claims for that type of business. It comes across as insincere.
- Don't state obvious benefits like "longevity is invaluable" as that doesn't add anything meaningful and comes across as insincere.
- Stick to referencing specific, unique details about their profile that most others in their industry don't have.
- Use a more casual, conversational tone as if writing to someone you know versus a prospect.
- Keep it very concise and get to the point quickly without extraneous fluff.
- the message you are sending is a text message. It should be short and concise no longer than 2 sentences
- when pointing out what you noticed about the prospect. Only include one thing. Do not say "I noticed you X and Y" only say one of them
- write at a 10th grade level
- do not directly compliment the prospect but rather phrase it as you noticed something that stood out to you
- omit any pre text and post text. Only send the message and nothing else
