Turn customer feedback into evidence that moves your product roadmap faster

For PMs who need buy-in fast: Enterpret turns raw feedback into crisp, evidence-backed stories.

Explore any topic across Zendesk, reviews, NPS, and social; quantify how many users are affected and why; and package insights with verbatim quotes stakeholders remember.

Product teams at companies like Canva, Notion and Perplexity use Enterpret to manage spikes, stack-rank work, and track sentiment after launches—so you can show impact, not just ship lists.

Replace hunches with data that drives planning, sprint priorities, and incident triage.

OpenAI Turns ChatGPT Into an App Store

OpenAI just dropped something huge: ChatGPT Apps – a completely new way to use AI that works like having a smart assistant that can actually do things.

Instead of just chatting, you can now tell ChatGPT "Spotify, make me a party playlist" and boom – it happens right in the chat. Want to find a house? Ask Zillow's app to show you homes on a map. Need slides for a presentation? Canva can build them while you watch.

The magic happens through OpenAI's new Apps SDK, which lets developers build tools that blend conversation with real action. Think of it as turning ChatGPT from a smart talker into a smart doer.

Developers Get Super Powers

OpenAI also launched Codex for everyone and introduced AgentKit – basically giving developers superpowers to build AI agents that can handle complex tasks.

Companies like Cisco are already seeing amazing results. Their code reviews are 50% faster. At Instacart, AI agents automatically clean up old code and handle boring tasks so humans can focus on the fun stuff.

The coolest part? These tools learn from each other and get better every time OpenAI releases a new model.

Microsoft Goes All-In on AI

Speaking of going big, Microsoft just shook up its entire business structure for AI. CEO Satya Nadella put all the company's sales, marketing, and operations under one leader to "accelerate the AI platform shift."

They also launched Microsoft 365 Premium for $19.99 per month – directly challenging ChatGPT Plus by bundling AI with Office apps. It's like getting ChatGPT Plus AND Microsoft Office in one package.

The Hidden Costs and Concerns

But here's the reality check: All this AI magic comes with a price. New research shows ChatGPT alone uses 850 megawatt-hours daily – that's like powering 29,000 homes just to answer our questions.

Even more concerning, researchers found that AI models have serious bias problems. OpenAI's GPT-5 showed troubling caste bias when tested, often reinforcing harmful stereotypes. Meanwhile, China's popular DeepSeek models were found to have major security flaws, making them easier to hack than US alternatives.

The AI Infrastructure Gold Rush

Samsung and SK joined OpenAI's Stargate project too, promising to crank out 900,000 memory chips per month. These partnerships show just how much computing power modern AI needs.

What's Next?

Despite these challenges, one thing is clear: AI is moving from parlor trick to practical tool faster than anyone expected.

Yale researchers found that despite all the worry, AI hasn't actually destroyed jobs yet – but that could change as these new capabilities roll out.

The race is on to make AI more useful, more accessible, and hopefully more responsible. With apps, agents, and infrastructure scaling up rapidly, 2025 could be the year AI truly becomes part of everything we do.
