Work Half, Earn Double with Gemini
The Solopreneur's Productivity Edge
Hello, Solopreneur.
I hope you have had a good week so far.
It is Friday, so let us solve some problems and head into the weekend like a boss.
Running your own business can feel like a mental battle at times, right?
One minute, you've got crazy good ideas. The next, you're drowning in boring tasks.
Is this how anyone else feels?
Being a solopreneur is awesome! Your head's full of killer ideas, and you can switch gears on a dime.
But listen, staying on top of things and creating stuff that really grabs people's attention for your brand, well, that can feel like climbing Mount Everest sometimes.
The trick isn't just coming up with ideas, it's about putting them into action in a way that works.
Let's be real: Another crazy week, way too much to do, and that big deadline is coming up fast. You want to write something awesome, but your brain's all over the place.
There are a million little tasks, and nothing feels organized. Ugh! Being this scattered hurts.
You get less done, and it makes it harder for people to trust your brand and really connect with you.
This week, we prepared some great case studies for you as solopreneurs.
Now, let’s get relaxed and understand the power of AI. In this case, Gemini.
Why? Because Gemini access is everywhere.
You can access it directly in your browser.

5 Time-Saving Gemini Hacks for Non-Tech Solopreneurs
This Google Workspace update is a win-win for solopreneurs.
You can now automate a number of daily tasks and use them to create beneficial workflows that will save you both time and money.
Consider this to be your army of AI agents, available whenever you browse.
Let us look at some interesting case studies.
1. Automate the Boring Stuff
No one got into business to write the same email 50 times a day. Gemini (inside Gmail) can handle the basics. Set up templates for common responses, let the AI draft follow-ups...whatever frees your brain for more important things.
Example: Think of the time you'll save NOT answering the same FAQ over and over. Gemini handles that, so you have the energy to actually build relationships with that awesome community of yours.
So, in this example, I get the collaboration agreement to be an AI Course Creator.
I click on reply on email, then use the option “Help me write”.
After that, I input the prompt, and Gemini starts writing the email.
Here are the steps:
1. Help me write
Analyze the email and answer it
Let’s see the output:
Conclusion:
Assume I have 50 agreements to answer each day.
You create your conditions template for these agreements, and you can quickly generate the responses.
This workflow from Google Workspace will help you save a lot of time.
Furthermore, with this method, you can write whatever copy you want.
Adjust your prompt to your specific needs; the more detailed it is, the better the output will be.
2. Use Gemini in Sheets to Create a Content Pipeline
Now, this has become more interesting.
In this example, we will create two types of content pipelines. One came from my friend Nancy.
The second one is mine, created using the Justin Welsh Content Matrix prompt from Ole Lehmann.
Let’s go step-by-step:
Open Google Sheets, go to Insert and select Help Me Organize.
Input a detailed prompt, in this case, I use Nancy's prompt and input my content pillars
Create a content pipeline management spreadsheet. Include the following columns:
Post ID, Topic, Content Pillar, Draft
Completion, Review Status, Scheduled Publish Date, Published Status, and Notes.
The Content Pillar column should categorize
each post under one of our main content pillars:
ChatGPT for Prompt Engineering
AI for non-tech Solopreneurs
Social media growth
AI for Time Management
AI for Lead Gen and Qualification
Sales Predictions
AI-powered Content Creation
Output:
Content Matrix prompt
I need your help to generate content ideas.
[CONTEXT DESCRIPTION]
I'm an solopreneur writing a weekly newsletter for AI-driven non-tech solopreneurs (and aspiring solopreneurs). The newsletter is about different ways solopreneurs can use AI to streamline their business, work faster, and make more money.
To generate ideas, I want you to imagine a "Content matrix" table. In this table, the X axis contains types of content, meaning ways to expand on a topic. The Y axis contains content topics to be matched with the X axis.
The X axis has these content types, formatted like this: [NAME] (explanation on how to use it)
1. [Actionable] (Ultra-specific guide teaching readers HOW to do something)
2. [Motivational] (Inspirational personal or industry stories about people who did something extraordinary)
3. [Analytical] (Informational breakdown of a topic, explaining to the reader WHY something is/works the way it does)
4. [Contrarian] (Go against the common advice and say something contrarian to the common beliefs on the topic, and explain why)
5. [Observation] (Observe a hidden, secret, or silent but IMPORTANT trend in the topic/industry)
6. [X vs. Y] (Compare two entities, styles, frameworks, companies, apps, or something else within the topic)
7. [Present vs Future] (Compare the status quo with a prediction about the future, and explain to the reader why that is)
8. [Listicle] (Provide a useful list of resources, tips, mistakes, lessons, steps, insights, frameworks, or something else about the topic)
[Y AXIS]
The Y axis contains the topics:
1. Artificial Intelligence for Solopreneurs
2. ChatGPT for prompt engineering
3. ChatGPT for solopreneur operations
4. Social media growth
5. AI for Time Management:
6. AI for Lead Generation and Qualification:
7. AI-powered Content Creation
8. Sales Predictions:
_
Now, I want you to write out this table and write out a content idea at the intersections of the X and Y axises. You match each topic with a content type.
For example a content idea matching the topic "Content Strategy" with the content type "How can people do it?" would be "7 things you need to know to create your content strategy"]
Output
